* Parent Pick Up - Do NOT park at Birch Pointe OR any of our local businesses for afternoon pickup. You are taking their customer and patients parking spots. You may be fined or towed. Thank you!
* Morning Drop off and Afternoon Pick up - Please do NOT use the Jefferson Avenue entrance as this is where our busses unload each morning between 7:30 and 8:05 and the busses pick up between 3 and 3:20 each day.

We want ALL students to have a photo taken as it will be put in the yearbook. You do NOT need to purchase photos in order to be in the yearbook.

* Student Attendance - Week 3 - we are almost a half percentage lower than the same time last year. Let's strive for 95% each week by being on time and present for all classes every day!
Congratulations to the 10 students who won gift cards on Friday, Sept. 11th due to having perfect attendance and no tardies the first three weeks of school! We will begin rewarding students who have between 95% - 100% very soon. Also, you must have 90% or higher attendance for dances and final exam exemptions.
* Financial Information: You may pay fines and fees at the financial office with Mrs. Liston. You may also view financial information and make payments online at https://www.sps.org/spsmyschoolbucks. Fines & fees shown in eSchool are not correct. You MUST go to My School Bucks.

* Parent Volunteer Interest - We are looking for one more parent volunteer to help in our main office each week! Parent volunteers help with answering the phone, greeting and directing students, parents or other visitors to our building and other miscellaneous things in the office. This is a 3-hour shift from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. each Friday and is an every week commitment.

- Any students needing WiFi can request a Kajeet hotspot through our library.
- Kickapoo will open our doors at 7:40 a.m. and first block begins at 8:10 a.m. every day Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday.
- Wednesday is late start for students so staff may participate in professional learning. Classes begin at 8:40 a.m. ALL BUSSES WILL RUN AT NORMAL TIMES.
- Classes end at 3:10 p.m. every day.
- All students should leave school/campus by 3:45 p.m. unless directly supervised by a teacher, coach, or sponsor.
- Students should take home Chromebooks every day and charge them each night.
- Deliveries to school - Parents/guardians may deliver food and other items to school. We ask that you label and leave them on the table. Please communicate with your student to let them know items have been dropped off for them as we do not contact them.
- NO FOOD or DRINK DELIVERIES FROM OUTSIDE VENDORS. Thank you!
- Dress code - Follow all dress code expectations. Cover ALL B's!
