- Student schedules should be live the afternoon of Wednesday, August 19th.
- Schedule changes will be limited to the following: Level changes, Summer School updates, or students haven't met prerequisites. Please understand our counseling team has been working night and day the last two weeks to schedule all of our virtual students and work to finalize seated schedules based on student requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- NEW students to Springfield Public Schools can pick up Chromebooks Thursday, Aug. 20th between 8 a.m. & 7 p.m. or Friday, Aug. 21st between 8 a.m. & 3 p.m.
- Any students needing WiFi can pick up a Kajeet Thursday, Aug. 20th between 8 a.m. & 7 p.m. or Friday, Aug. 21st between 8 a.m. & 3 p.m.
- Any students needing a Garmin for Online PE/Fitness classes can pick them up Thursday, Aug. 20th between 8 a.m. & 7 p.m. or Friday, Aug. 21st between 8 a.m. & 3 p.m.
- Kickapoo will open our doors at 7:30 a.m. and first block begins at 7:50 a.m. every day Monday - Friday. All students must report directly to first block.
- Classes end at 2:50 p.m. every day except Wednesday's end at 2:20 p.m.
- 2020 - 2021 Bell Schedule
- Wednesday all seated students will be learning virtually through Canvas. Students should login during scheduled class times as directed by teachers.
- Breakfast will be "Grab and Go" and taken directly to first block.
- Face masks must be worn at all times and may not contain inappropriate images, messages, etc.
- Parents - please complete a daily screening each morning with your student before going to school.
- Students should not share supplies, food, or drinks. Please practice social distancing at all times.
- Students should take home Chromebooks every day.
- Students will have assigned seating in each class.
- Students will have assigned seating, by class, at lunch in order for us to more effectively contact trace as needed.
- Microwaves will not be available at this time.
- Lunch selections will be limited to prepackaged and individually wrapped items.

- Students should walk on the right side of the hallway.
- We will stagger dismissal for classes.
- We will stagger dismissal at the end of the day as well. An announcement will be made at the end of the day the first week of class to explain.
- All students should leave school/campus by 3:05 p.m. unless directly supervised by a teacher, coach, or sponsor.
- Attendance to athletic contests and school sponsored clubs may be limited to ensure capacity guidelines.

- Parking permits - information will be shared with students the second week of school. Permits must be purchased, but assigned parking will not begin until we are fully seated. This is subject to change as the year progresses.
- Deliveries to school - Parents/guardians may deliver food and other items to school. We ask that you label and leave them on the table. Due to limited travel students may not be able to come immediately to pick them up. Please communicate with your student to let them know items have been dropped off for them.
- NO food deliveries from outside vendors. Thank you for helping to limit the exposures our secretaries and staff encounter.
- Visitors and Volunteers are limited to only those providing educational supports.
