* Senior Prom - One Enchanted Evening Senior Prom is Friday, May 1st, 9 - 11:30 p.m. at Bass Pro White River Conference Center.
Tickets will be sold this week during 3rd block.
Tickets are $40 each and include a t-shirt.
No sales will be made after 1:30 on Friday, May 1st.
Only seniors can purchase prom tickets.
Dance guest forms are available in the main office and must be returned completed to Ms. Bricker prior to purchasing a ticket.
All fees and fines must be paid before purchasing tickets. See Mrs. Liston in the Financial Office to take care of those. Library fees are paid to the librarians.
You MUST be in attendance all day Friday, May 1st in order to attend the dance that night. If you have an appointment scheduled that day, it needs to be rescheduled! If it cannot be rescheduled, then your parent must contact Mrs. Helfrecht to obtain prior approval for your absence by Thursday, April 30th.

* All Seniors’ Library Materials are due May 1st. Please see the librarians about lost library materials and fees early to avoid last minute stress before buying prom tickets or graduation. To Check library fees: Library Catalog -> Log in-> Google sign, ->click My Account-> click My Borrowing->click Fine. There will also be messages sent to Gmail and Canvas with any fees.
* AP Calc Study Sessions - Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:30 -5:30 pm until the test on May 11 will be held in Mrs. Odom's room.
* FREE Tutoring - Is available for ALL students from 3:25 - 4:25 p.m. in our library each day we are in session.
* Grades - The most current grades can be viewed in Home Access Center at this link where you will login. Then follow this path - Click the Classes button at the top of the screen. Then click the Classwork tab for the current grades. Make sure you are on 4th quarter.
* Nurses Office News - Last chance for immunizations and sports physicals! The Cox Care Mobile will be here one last time this school year doing sports physicals and immunizations on Monday, May 11, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Contact the school nurse to set up a time and get the consent forms.
Also, ALL current Juniors need to have their 2nd dose of the meningitis vaccine before your senior year. Make sure it’s on file with the school nurse. If not, please turn in the record before school is out in May to prevent a delay of starting school in August.

- Any students needing WiFi can request a Kajeet hotspot through our library.
- Kickapoo will open our doors at 7:40 a.m. and first block begins at 8:10 a.m. every day Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday.
- Wednesday is late start for students so staff may participate in professional learning. Classes begin at 8:40 a.m. ALL BUSSES WILL RUN AT NORMAL TIMES.
- Classes end at 3:10 p.m. every day.
- All students should leave school/campus by 3:25 p.m. unless directly supervised by a teacher, coach, or sponsor.
- Students should take home Chromebooks every day and charge them each night.
- Deliveries to school - Parents/guardians may deliver food and other items to school. We ask that you label and leave them on the table. Please communicate with your student to let them know items have been dropped off for them as we do not contact them.
- NO FOOD or DRINK DELIVERIES FROM OUTSIDE VENDORS. Thank you!
- Dress code - Follow all dress code expectations. Cover ALL B's!
