Kickapoo announcements Aug. 30 - Sept. 3, 2021

Hello Kickapoo families!

We had an awesome first week back. Thank you to our students and families for your patience as we work through the beginning of year processes.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday!

Reminder that our doors open at 7 a.m. and 1st block starts at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Classes begin at 8 a.m. on Wednesday's. Busses will run on their normal schedule. However, students who are dropped off or drive do not need to arrive that early. Again, classes begin at 8 a.m. on Wednesday's.

Breakfast is FREE for all students and should be taken to 1st block to eat before school. Lunch is also FREE for all students.

I will send these announcements via email and Canvas each weekend. These announcements include several important items. However, they are not all inclusive. * Morning Drop off and Afternoon Pick up - Please do NOT use the Jefferson Avenue entrance as we expect to have 18 busses unloading each morning between 7 and 7:30 and 18 busses picking up between 2 and 2:45 each day.

Drop off and pick up should take place on the north and east side of the building. Please see this picture for the best routes to take.

Blue is FOR PARENTS dropping students off or picking them up.

Students may enter multiple doors (main entrance, attendance entrance, doors on both sides of the weight room) prior to 7:30. After 7:30 they must enter the main entrance or attendance entrance is preferable. Thank you.

Please be patient, flexible, and patient as we want to ensure the safety of our student drivers as well. Thank you!

Students who purchased a permit will pick parking spots this week. Please listen for announcements.
